You can expect a slow flow, blending elements of both Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. Writing prompts will be dabbled throughout the class to guide you to a state of deeper creativity and insightfulness.
This 75 minute class will allow you to flow through your asana (physical practice) towards a time of inner pondering, reflection, and connection.
No writing experience required and all are welcome to give this a try!
